Mr. Mowry’s practice focuses on all aspects of estate, income, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax planning for high net worth families and individuals and succession planning for business owners. Mr. Mowry has significant transactional experience including proper choice of entity, entity formation, acquisition, financing, operation, reorganization and disposition of family-owned businesses and real estate holdings. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) and has extensive experience in assisting wealthy families creating and operating Family Trust Companies and was actively involved in legislation creating such entities under Nevada law, Chapter 669A of the Nevada Revised Statues.
