Mr. Wallace focuses his practice on trust, estate, and fiduciary litigation, along with complex trust and probate administration, business and real property disputes, and a range of fiduciary matters. For nearly two decades, he has litigated trust and estate disputes of every kind and is well versed in issues of undue influence, capacity, fiduciary duties, and beneficial rights.

Mr. Wallace brings significant courtroom experience to every case. He is equally skilled at the negotiating table, with extensive experience negotiating and resolving high-value disputes involving substantial estates, diverse assets, and significant real property holdings. That combination of courtroom skill and negotiating experience allows him to pursue the best possible outcome for each client. His practice extends beyond Nevada, and he has handled matters involving parties, assets, and proceedings throughout the country.

Trust and estate disputes can be deeply personal and often overwhelming for the families involved. Mr. Wallace works closely with his clients through every stage of their case, providing personal attention and focused advocacy while protecting the life's work and wishes of his clients and their families.

Mr. Wallace’s work has been recognized by his peers, and he has held leadership roles with the State Bar of Nevada and in organizations throughout the community.

Mr. Wallace first came to Northern Nevada to attend the University of Nevada on an athletic scholarship, and he has proudly called the region home ever since. He earned his law degree from the University of Tulsa College of Law, where he was a member of the academic honor fraternity, was regularly named to the Dean's List, and received the CALI Award for excellence in real property.

Outside the office, Mr. Wallace is a proud husband and father. He has enjoyed spending many years as a volunteer youth sports coach, a role that reflects the same commitment to preparation, teamwork, and perseverance he brings to his practice.
