Attorneys

The firm is actively seeking high quality associate candidates with one to seven years of experience or a judicial clerkship, tax LLM, or CPA credential. While preferred, associate candidates do not necessarily need extensive experience in any of our practice areas. However, every associate candidate must demonstrate the intellectual capacity to perform the complex and sophisticated work accomplished at Maupin, Cox & LeGoy, must be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a drive for self-improvement, and must be a team player who respects all of the members of our Maupin, Cox & LeGoy family.

At this time, we are particularly focused on hiring two excellent associate candidates. The first associate candidate must have the baseline knowledge and the drive to work in our Trust & Estates and Taxation practice areas. The second associate candidate must have the drive to excel as a litigator and/or administrative law practitioner in one or more of the following practice areas: Business & Civil Litigation; Mining Law & Litigation; Construction Law & Litigation; Employment & Labor Law; and Education Law
