Matthew Boswell McDonald

Associate Attorney

Matthew Boswell McDonald is an associate attorney who joined Maupin, Cox & LeGoy in February 2026. Mr. McDonald's legal practice focuses on business transactions, real estate development, and business litigation. 

Mr. McDonald obtained his law degree from the University of Oregon School of Law. Matthew focused his legal studies on business law and environmental law, taking courses such as mergers and acquisitions, Fintech law, business associations, international business transactions, water law, natural resource law, and tax policy.

Mr. McDonald obtained his undergraduate degree from Florida State University in 2019 where he double majored in finance and real estate and minored in Mandarin-Chinese.
